THE MAIN HOUSE
There are 2 living spaces at the property both with TV’s and lounges.
The main bedroom is spacious with views to the bay. It has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe to tuck your clothes away and properly settle in for your stay.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds ready for a couple of children or friends to share.
The third bedroom with ensuite has a queen bed and views to the internal court yard.
All bathrooms are equipped with amenities including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
THE BUNGALOW
Sitting quaintly behind the main house is the Bungalow which boasts a further two bedrooms with views to the adjourning court yard.
Your comfort is assured in the queen beds located in each room.
An additional set of double bunks in one of the rooms makes sure everyone has a comfy sleep.
The bungalow has a kitchenette, its on bathroom and also includes a desk and chair should you need a quiet place to work while the family plays out the front.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Meal prep and clean up is made easy with the large bench space and modern appliances including dishwasher, toaster, coffee pod machine, kettle etc.
Complimentary coffee, tea and milk is available to make a cuppa on arrival.
OUTDOORS
There are two dining tables, umbrellas for shade, BBQ, decking, and a magnificent large tree that not only provides beautiful shade and privacy but is also very aesthetically pleasing.

Hervey Bay can be warm especially in summer. We think you’ll be very comfortable here an Airconditioner in the main living area and another in the master bedroom, plus fans in the other bedrooms.

The master bedroom is furnished with a super comfy king bed and also has an ensuite with a spa bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has double bunks. The bottom bunk is double sized so can sleep 2.
There is also a sofa bed available to sleep and extra 2 people.
PETS
We welcome well behaved pets to our property. There is an enclosed gravelled outdoor space suitable for a medium size dog.
